I am a strong believer that Fructose Corn Syrup, Artifical Flavorings or Preservatives, but mostly Caffeine, messes with our adrenal glands. People who have a sensitivity to caffeine often have panic or anxiety disorder. After 6 years of research, I am a true believer in that. Give up the caffeine.

yes it does and lots of it can cause arrythmias and sinus tach which is 200/beat a min and probably eventually heart failure. Ya calleine in large amounts is bad and dangerous. so i do not drink it every day. withdrawal symptoms make u drowsy wanting more again. not a good habit and not a bad one since like it to work when i need to be awake and 3 teaspoons bid 2x a week is potent. 6 teaspoons in a day and pop not every day since thought of coffee sometimes makes me nauseous. But do take a break after fighting to keep awake which is silly.
