Sleepwalking?!
Question: I'm so freaked out! I've never sleepwalked before, but last night I did for the first time. I walked into my parents room and started talking all this crazy rubbish about pills and my musical instrument (yes, I know WTF?) Anyway I don't remember going in there, until my mum said I think you are sleep walking and I woke up, but I still can't remember going to their room. Do you think it could have been because I have a cold and had a high temperature last night? Or am I just going crazy? Do you think it will happen again? I'm 15 and nothing like this has happened before. People say it's usually caused by stress, but I am not stressed out about anything.

Don't panic. Sleepwalking is not going to kill you. Actually, it is something to brag about.
It may just have been triggered by the high fever and thus won't recur. There is nothing wrong with you, though. Relax.
