Sleeping Problems ?!


Question: Well, i have a sleeping problem.
in fact, i cant get enough rest that i need becasue of my career .. i can help myself to RELAX by some of Celine Dion "my favorite".
But Sleep, ... i just can sleep about 5 hours in Less Work Days.
so, do any one have an answer for me ?
how can i get enough rest or at least make my body feels not tired ?

as you get older 5hrs is great!

Try a benadryl..........you don't want to know the other 10 pills I take.
Take it early though. May make you groggy. Drink warm milk.
Burn your favorite incense too.

u can try melatonin, its a supplement u can get to help u relax/sleep and its over the counter.. and its non habit forming since ur glands in ur brain already make it

only way to get rest and not make body tired is sleep and is cannot than have insomnia sleeping diisorder and need medical attention. But if nocturnal like me and purposely stay up under fatigue is extreme not a problem as when sleep can sleep my life away. But find i function better with sleep but i just don't listen and challenge myself in thinking can get more done but no change but drowsiness fatigue but did not stop but will sleep if my body is not stimulated by this so called speed. i enjoy being up and will definitely sleep this am as most i can go is 2 days and done all year. But not more than that.
