Constipatin problems?!


Question: I always have constipation. I don't eat the most healthiest foods because of my busy schedule. What can I do to stop it? Is there foods I can eat or dose working out help?

Take digestive enzymes before each meal and drink plenty of pure water ( at least 8 glasses a day). If you put Benefiber in the water, drinks ( hot or cold) it will give you fiber and its tasteless!! Eating pineapple, prunes, apples, papaya or drinking their juices will help break down foods. Eating vegetable salads will give you fiber ( don't add meats) . Magnesium pills will help pass stool. Take a pill a day and increase it each day until you go to the bathroom within 1 hr. of taking it. This is your therapeutic dose. If you experience diarrhea, you took too much. .

You could eat more fibre. Choose wholegrain foods over white bread, white pasta, white rice.

Working out does help, but you GOTTA eat better food.
The more vegetables and fruit, the better.
Eat oatmeal for breakfast every day, and try to eat more carrots celery, things like that.
Carrots are really good for it.

try a green tea

(laxatives!!! that'll help!) or apples... seriosly that'll losen u up... if fruit doesn't help then u need to see a doctor

Eat salads with vinegar and olive oil. This way you get both the fiber and oil that you body needs. Once a day keeps you regular. Give a few days to work and it will work.
