Yeah that's possible. Make sure it's done quite far away from the first hole though, and not too close to the edge of the lobe. One of my friends has 2 tunnels in one ear so it is possible (although you can't stretch 2 at the same time).
Get the piercing done with a needle instead of a gun and go for a heavier gauge to start with (3 or 4 mm) as it'll be a good start for the stretch and not so much of a stretch for the ear flesh.

It is possible BUT it depends totally on the shape and size of your ear lobes. You would have to get a professional body piercer to evaluate your ears to get a final word on the matter.
Do you mean you want to stretch a second lobe so you can wear a tunnel in it? So you can see through it?
If so, it definately is possible. If you don't want to take your time stretching, you could get pierced initially at 6 gauge, then stretched right away to 4. But then you'd have to wait a good 4 months before your next stretch, as the piercing will take time to heal. If your goal is smaller then that, then you can get pierced at a smaller gauge too.
