i rather vomit, because diarrhea waste a lot of energy and could last for days, vomit is more fun of course, diarrhea stink
I don't find either fun, but my least favorite is when your sitting on the toilet and puking in the trashcan!!
A few weeks ago I was nursing my baby, and lets just say I'm glad I had a nearby bowl to throw up in.
Neither one is a pleasant experince. Simply put, both are evacuation of waste products from opposite ends. Both can cause dehydration. However, frequent diarrhea might cause a more severe form of dehydration, hemorrhoids, irritation of the anal region.as well as total weakness. The duration of diarrhea might be prolonged. Furthermore, diarrhea can become an embarrasing situation if the toilet is not accessible readily. .
I'd take either it's the associated symptoms that suck the most. Vomiting itself, not so bad. Nausea; killer.
The big D, not so bad. Cramps; killer.
neither is fun ..but hey, gotta chose vomit..diarrhea is stinking and not all around the place!
