Bed times, staying up late?!

Question: So I stay up till 12 most of the time and get up at 6 30 for work. I am tired as heck, is it something you just have to get used to or does everyone feel tired throughout the day?

I have the same problem as you and I want to fall asleep but I can't and then next thing you know you have to get up for the day and feel tired. I try to drink lots of water because it keeps you hydrated and for some reason that makes me feel more refreshed and awake if you want to avoid caffine.

I usually make sure I have at least 5 hours of sleep. I think that when I go to bed early and get seven hours of sleep I feel more tired throughout the day. I don't know why that is but to me nothing ever works I can go to bed early and get enough sleep or go to bad late and not get any sleep but I still always feel tired throught the day.

Depending on your age, sleep requirements can vary. I've read that the older you get, the less sleep you need. Thing is, in my 20's I did okay on 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night, now I need about 8. My mother-in-law is in her 70's and she gets by quite nicely on 5 hours a night. But then so does my friend in her 30's.

Really, it's about your diet, fitness level, all-over health, and exertion required at your job. Everyone's different.

I always get my 8 hours of sleep, and I always feel tired, but I'm an exception because I have narcolepsy. You should really try to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, but the amount of sleep you need each varies with age. I've talked to many people about this, and once you find how much sleep your body needs each night then you shouldn't feel tired throughout the day, but you should definitely try sleeping more!

Stop eating snaking anything that involves the mouth and throat

Sounds like you have a little too much sugar in your diet late in the day that is

You feel trashed when you get up cause

your body just got rid of the last excess grams of carbohydrates in the blood and is ready for some serious rest time and it is time to get up

Boy I feel like crap you say
How do I know I had your same problem till I was told to stop eating drinking at 6 in the evening and

To bed at 10:30pm if I want and read a little out goes the light and what happen its time to get up boy I feel good today

It sounds too easy till it comes time to pass the frig and cub where all the goodies are at that is when I put a little picture of a clock on the doors to remind me
Hope this helps
