I went to stay in a hospital for two night because I am sick of bad headache?!


Question: Today is the 5th day I really wantt ogo swimming because I bored at being alone in a apartment . Can I go swimming?I will not do too much or too fast excercise. Possible? Dangerous?

Go swimming. Getting out of the house will make you forget about your headache. Just don't over do it.
jus a bit if u want to.. not too much.. if u are having headache, try to listen to some music to relax a bit..
