What is really good thing that helps to to get up from bed in the morning, I can!


Question: I get enough sleep each day, but waking up is the hard part. I here my alarm clock, but all I do is turn to mush and fall back to sleep again, I need a trick to help my morning dilema.

play your favorite music, take a shower, eat favorite breakfast, turn on the tv, have something with caffiene

Some people need more sleep than others, try to go to bed earlier

Dont cover your windows.. Had a very smart man tell me "You should wake up like a CAT" so before you go to bed open your blinds.. and let the sun come up slowly.. that way you will wake up slowly.. WORKS EVERY TIME!!!<3

I am Never tired and feel great each morning =)

sounds to me like your energy level is low you are probably stress about something, you are afraid to face the day for some reason are the other. you have nothing to look forward to, instead you have things you are afraid to face, like work, or school. are you getting my general idea? anyway start drinking some danactive. go to www.danactive.com
