What is the correct title for a PA (physician ***'t)?!

Question: I hear most people refer to them as DR but actually they are not. The nurses refer to them by their full name. Also, what whould be the correct title for MA (medical ***'t)? They are not a DR or close to a PA and not a nurse.

I refer to mine as Dr. Not sure if it's right, but common in our office.

Physician's assistant and medical assistant..

Correct title is a Physician Assistant. In practice they are often called by the initials PA and then the last name as in "P.A. Smith".
Even though these health care providers are titled as "assistants" they actually make a lot of there own decisions and have a very large amount of medical knowlege. I've often thought they should call them Physician Associate instead of Physician Assistant.
