How do you help a girl get off crack?!
Question: she has been doing it for yrs. and she also has been pretty bad also, to be able to afford this drug.

This is not something you can help her with alone. She will need to enter a drug treatment center to get the help she needs. Trying to quit cold turkey has killed some people. They either go too long with out the drug or have over dosed when falling off the wagon. The links below can help.

intervention, and entrance into a program. A&E did a special on it, try looking it up on Limewire or somewhere similar
if she has parents, get the parents involved. sit her down with her friends and ALL of her family, have each one tell her how concerned they are for her, then research some good rehab places and keep her there for a while.
Call INTERVENTION.
YOU can't help her. That's the problem with crack. Once it gets into you getting it out is nearly impossible. She needs to want to get off of it, then she needs to go into rehab for a long time. I'm not talking Hollywood rehab of a week or a month or two, I'm talking a looooong time.

you can help her find a social worker or counselor who can get her into a detox and then an intensive outpatient clinic. Does she really really want to stop? Because she is going to really really need to want to stop...you can help her take the first step but she is going to have ALOT of hard work, na meetings, prayer, counseling and tears to beat the demon drug. good luck and God bless you for trying to help her.
It's next to impossible,but she needs a reality scare tactic,contact your local law enforcement agency.
Super serious problem. Crack is powerful stuff. Would drive an elephant crazy over time if not immediately. Be very careful and include professional counselor's in whatever you do about it. Serious Professional counseling and supervision may be necessary. It is also an illegal substance so everyone involved is breaking he law except maybe someone with one information about the problem but no actual contact with person of drug.

Calling the cops is the best way to make her realize that she has a problem that is efffecting people other than herself.
Rehab will be able to give her medicing for the withdrawels which will make it much easier for her.
Oh, god. I know what you're going through right now. My mother is a crack addict and has been for the last 5 year. This is a hard situation to go through with loved ones. Watching them hurt themselves, and expecially hurt the people around them.
Since i'm not alloud to see my mom, images play over and over again in my head that she is killing herself, which she really is. She is going the drug, this enemy that is killing her. Addiction is hard to break, and beat. Once you do it once, and get addicted it's your addiction to start abusing the substance. My mom abuses it. This girl probally has other ways to pay for the drug, because believe me, it's not cheap.
I have told my mom over and over again, she is hurting herself and her kids. She's hurting us emotinally, and it's killing us inside that she would do this to herself. I told my mom, not to talk to me again, until she is sober, which will probally be never.
To help this girl with her addiction, be her supporter. Drug users often start because of a problem, and once they start they can't seem to find themselves putting it down. Tell her you are they, and that together you can help her get help. Help her get into a rehab, to get her life back on track. and that you'll always be there 100% of the way...
Talk to her mostly. and find her help. She really needs you.
One she must be removed from the environment that she is in ,2 she must wont this fore here self, 3 she must go cold turkey. My ex wife was locked you for 8 weeks and the only thing that kept her off crack was the program she was on . but now she is back to smoking pot . Good luck and God bless you.
