put it in ur head that it helps u.. im on bc and i hate taking it its annoying its like i have to remember and if i forget who knows what will happen. but i put it in my head theres no time any time soon am i coming off it so i figured might as well deal with it!! Good Luck

Talk to your Dr. about other methods of treatment...pills are not always a quick fix!

happy birthday

this just reminded me to take mine...thanks

talk to your doctor

i personally stay away from pills as much as i can. they might temporarily fix your problem (with temporarily i mean that you have to keep taking them.. if they would FIX your problem, you'd have to take them once and that's it), but they'll get you side effects that will ruin something else in your body.

first you should definitely check with your doc to see how serious your problem is and how badly you need those pills.
then try googling some home remedies for your problem. this may sound weird, but you'd be surprised what awesome stuff you can find on google! i've fixed countless things that way! (i have several health problems)

i probably wouldn't right away get totally off the pills tho but like gradually (again, check with ur doc how serious ur problem is) and just to warn you, if you tell your doc about home remedies, he'll advise you against it. doctors aren't big fans of them... my theory is, it's cuz they don't make money off of home remedies! they are MUCH safer for your health than pills tho.

and...they take patience tho. i remember one thing i had to do.. it took me half a year before i even noticed a slight difference, but then another half year later, i was rid of my problem!
