What are these?!

Question: Now and again I get red patches on my feet, usually on the bottom or sides of them. They are hot, swollen and very sore to touch and walk on. Although they do feel better once I get my shoes on and move about. They last a couple of days. They are not caused through injury or my shoes as they often appear in the night, they wake me up as they throb. Has anyone else had them or know what they could be?

I have the same problem and its to do with the arch of your foot You need to buy some shoe insteps and that should help it You can see them on E-bay or available at your local chemist

Cheaper on E-bay though

sounds like a circulation problem if they feel better when you walk on them and they only come at night as you sleep ever try to just lay down like your a sleep an see if they come on ?

Could be chilblains , caused usually by exposure to moist cold in people with circulation problems. Do you wear tight socks or shoes ? Try wearing warm cotton socks and have your feet measured to make sure your shoes are a good fit.
