Well it's better to sleep through the night and get vit D in daylight but I love sleeping in the day!

Day sleep is never as good or refreshing as night sleep. 8 hours is what is recommended for 'a good night's rest'

no my personal experience coz i slept during day during night and what not the most odd timings one can imagine just because of my studies so it dosent matter at all all that matters is u get 8 hour sleep in 24 hours day be it in night day or whatever take care
