Is Nasonex a prescription drug or over-the-counter?!

Question: There seems to be some disagreement with my friends over whether you need a prescription to get Nasonex or if you can just buy it. Can anybody tell me for certain?

Nasonex is a prescription drug at the moment...... I'm hoping it will be OTC soon, it's saved my life!
