the pupils should be PERTL(pupils equal and responds to light).This means that the pupils can dialate or open and close.Some people are actually missing this response and in their cas,they are either blind or the vision is blurred.This can happen in one or both of the eyes and the purpose of this reaction is to adjust the amount of light that reflects on the retina and allows us to focus in on objects.
