How many mgs is in each pill?
Used to do this with diphenhydramine, and 300mg (12 pills) was plenty, so 20 is a lot. I'd say make sure a sober person is with you (someone that is not against what you are doing obviously) to clarify if things are real or hallucinations.
Get a life!
You will just fall asleep. There are no hallucinogenic effects.
To prepare, I would suggest a comfortable pillow and a blanket. It's just an anti-histamine like benadryll.
Don't do it - at best you would have a bad hallucinogenic trip. (Similar to a nightmare that you can't make go away) At worst, you'll end up dead.
If you are nervous, why do you want to do it?
