Stepdad wont go to hospital...?!
Question: for the last 9 days he has had abdominal pains & back pains and arm pains he has seen 3 different doctors all who do not know whats wrong and they having given him gaviscon & pain killers that dont work excatly what they gave me when they didnt know i had ghallstones. his pain can be excrutiating then passes me and my mum are trying to get him to go to the a&e but he is being so stuborn he also have traces blood in urine any ideas on what this could be please urgent advice needed?

Sounds like Kidney/infection/ Stone
Many kidney stones don't move and are too small to cause any symptoms. However, if a kidney stone causes a blockage, or moves into the ureter, it may cause some of the following symptoms:
severe pain or aching in the back on one or both sides
sudden spasms of excruciating pain (renal or uteric colic) - this usually starts in the back below the ribs, before radiating around the abdomen, and sometimes to the groin and genitalia
bloody, cloudy or smelly urine
feeling or being sick
a frequent urge to urinate, or a burning sensation during urination
fever and chills
Get him to the hospital plse.
he must go to a and e make him go

I would get the doctor out again if need be,
he's most probably just really scared -
try to persuade him it's for the best
Call a taxi, get his coat and go with him to the A&E, thats the only way he will move, men can be so stupid about their health.
sounds like a kidney infection. try and get a sample bottle from your doctors and take the sample in your self . hope everything gets sorted.
Sounds like a kidney stone to me. He may pass it out but it may need surgical removal. He risks losing a kidney if he does not get it treated soon.
Sounds like the symptoms my daughter had when she had kidney stones, if it is this he will wish he had gone to a&e cos if he tries to pass a stone, they say it is the nearest thing to childbirth a man will ever experience, he should go.
This is deffinatly Kidney Stones. And the pain can be terrible. There is nothing that can be done other then getting his pain under control. He needs to drink tons and tons and tons of water to flush them out. Tell him to go get it checked but most likely they will give him pain killers and tell him to drink alot of water.....good luck to you!

any yellow in the whites of his eye .. I am sure you know is gall bladder/ liver problem

Well my mom had kidney stone and it had kinda of the same symptoms, but she actually went to the hospital. I think you should trick him and make it look like you guys are going somewhere as a family and go to the a&e right away. It can get worser.
