What is this sensation in my head during takeoff on planes?!
Question: During take off, I get a really strong overwhelming painful feeling in my head, and it happens only while we are tilted up and jolt up suddenly. What could this be?

The altitude/air pressure only happens when you are higher up.
When you are taking off there are G-forces where your body feels like you have more gravity and blood rushes down. Could also be motion sickness.
its just the pressure from the changing altitudes. Your blood flow has to adjust to being at a total different altitude. Its like when you go scuba diving, you can't fly fr like 3 days because your blood flow is irregular.
