Boob job+ pierced nipples=??!
Question: I am getting my breast augmented and have two piercings in one nipple (not one in each, but two in one nipple)
and I have asked my doctor what he thinks, but i want to hear from people who have had this and whether they kept them in, or took them out and why/why not.
I am not expecting many answers as theres probably not that many people who have faced this dilemma who are on 'answers'
PLEASE, if you have not had this done, dont bother answering as i know what people would think if they have not been in this situation!

Usually for any surgery it is preferred that all piercings come out, but in the case of a breast augmentation - unless the jewelry is going to effect the surgical procedure (nipple relocation for example, or if you're having the implants inserted through underneath your nipple), you should be able to leave them in.

I do not like them, but to each there own. I like women's nipples free from piercings. I like it on the ears and nose, but nothing in the lower regions, if you get my drift. I do not like to many tattoos either, especially around the belly button, breasts, or shoulder area. This is just my preference and only a woman that I would be "serious" about, toe rings are sexy, if the woman has pretty feet.
