Diet help...please?!


Question: Ok, well, i don't know how to keep healthy.

i am healthy, kinda, but i won't stay that way after swim team ends because that cuts out my exersize(2hrs a day 5x a wk) for the most part....

mine vareis alot, sometimes i don't eat enough...sometimes i totaly binge on candies and crap...

Average is though,a bowl of cereal, a sandwich, and maybe a hand size peice of meat and the same amount of veggies...and some fruit(usually oranges...) and cheese as a snack too. Sometimes i don't even eat that, sometimes i eat that +like 2 candy bars and cookies and maybe some more meat....


DON'T lexure, i know it's not healthy. I want to know how to fix this.
