Do u think vitamin A and Vitamin B is good for our body? why?!

Question: Generally, all vitamins are good to boost up your immune system. Most vitamins can be obtained from foods.

Vitamin A, also called retinol, helps your eyes adjust to light changes when you come in from outside and also helps keep your eyes, skin and mucous membranes moist. Vitamin A mostly comes from animal foods, but some plant-based foods supply beta-carotene, which your body then converts into Vitamin A. It also has antioxidant properties that neutralize free radicals in the body that cause tissue and cellular damage.

Early information from scientific studies suggests that beta-carotene might help people who already have Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). The American Heart Association doesn't recommend taking supplements of beta-carotene until more is known, however

How Much Vitamin A Is Enough?
It's recommended that women consume 800 mcg and men consume 1000 mcg of vitamin A daily.

Sources of Vitamin A
Top sources of vitamin A include:
Beef liver
Egg yolk
Cheddar cheese
Fortified milk
Top sources of beta-carotene include:

Sweet potato
Carrots
Pumpkin
Cantaloupe
Broccoli
Apricots
Spinach and collard greens

Vitamin B - Benefits
The vitamin B family consists of 22 vitamins, each displaying distinct qualities and uniquely supporting different bodily functions, such as energy production, metabolism, and cell division. They're often found in varying amounts in the same foods, but are often stripped of much of their potency by many food processing methods. Because it's often difficult to obtain the proper amounts of all the B vitamins through the average diet, CNCA offers 3 different types of Vitamin B supplements

Sources of Vitamin B
Different forms of vitamin B are found in a variety of foods, and many types of vitamin B are found in the same foods. Most of the B vitamins are removed from whole grain products during refinement. Unfortunately, the following enrichment process only replaces a few nutrients. The richest sources of thiamin (vitamin B-1) are organ meats, pork, dried beans and peanuts. Foods naturally high in riboflavin (vitamin B-2) include cheese, yogurt and eggs. Niacin (vitamin B-3) can be found in beef, pork, fish and cheese. All foods contain vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine), but eggs, fish, spinach and chicken contain the highest amounts. Generally, the amount of vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) in foods is small, with foods of animal origin containing the most

All vitamins are good for our body.....not only good, but *essential*. They are things that our body needs in order to work properly, but that we do not make naturally on our own. The work "Vitamin" is derived from the term "vital amines" from the person who named them.

eat vegies not pills, is all i can say
