That's a pretty good height, I'm probably going to be 5'3 for the rest of my life so w/e (My mom is 5'3 and my dad is 5'7)
Well, I am not sure what the average size is for a 14 year old but it is about 5" for a 12 year old. I am short for my age to (i am 4"9 and are 12) so i think you are right for your size. But remember there is never a "right" size, you were made the way you were and you cant change it, so embrace it!

Your not tall but I would say your pretty average, maybe a little short, but not really. My uncle was 5'6 in high school and now he's 38 and 6'4. WOW
I am assuming you are a boy. My friend was always shorter than me and I am 5'3. Then in 10th grade - he grew overnight and is now 6'1.

girls grow till they're about 17 years old, and actually at 5'4" you seem tall (depends when you hit puberty), but what do i know, i was 14 so long ago i don't remember what was normal!
well when i was 14 i was 5'11, but i was tall for my age. a friend of mine was about 5'4 for a long time till he hit 17 and now he is about 5'9... im 6'1 now
No.. I don't think there are any 'height specifications' related to age, so you're not at risk for breaking any laws.. good thing.
