Question: How long before my stomach stops having these intense pains???? It hurts more when I stand up and stretch out my stomach, is that a sign of the stomach flu??

acuttly my dad is haveing the same problom asnd yes they told him taht it was the flu its somekind of stomacch flu that is gpoin around its lasting about 3 days but i really hope u feel better
