What causes "twichty" muscles?!

Question: For awhile I have had these weird muscle spasms. They happen around my eye, stomach, and in my hands and feet. They don't hurt at all, but I can feel my body vibrating and can consciously see it doing it, without me sending the signals for it to do that. I am wondering what the causes for this could be?

It could be a result of stress or strain or muscle fatigue, too much caffeine, or drug reactions. Could be a high level of certain heavy metals in your body (like mercury or aluminum)--you can get a test to figure out if this is the case. Could be that you're lacking potassium and calcium.

It could be due to a magnesium deficiency....maybe try some tablets for it. I think it is unlikely to be something serious ( I had it before and it went away) but if it persists, you may want to consult a GP. Hope this helps

Twitching, spasms and cramps are often caused by a magnesium deficiency.
