Weird Height Problems? Please Help?!

Question: A few days ago just after I woke up, i stood on a table and noticed that my head touched the ceiling. The same day, in the evening, I stood on the same table, and noticed that my head was 1/2 inch from the ceiling.

The next day, when i woke up and stood on the table, my head touched the ceiling. at night, I stood on the table, and once again there was a 1/2 inch gap.

What is wrong with my height?

when we sleep our bodies relax and elongate, so we get a liyyle taller, during the day the weight of our bodies commpresses our spine and we lose that height we've gained. dont worry about it! totally natural!

maybe as the day wears on, you just begin to slouch more. you can do neck exercises for better posture...but why do you stand on your table everyday? try using a tape measurer instead

Seriously dude, what are you doing standing on the table anyway?

But, the (Obvious) answer to your question is that the entire weight of your upper body comes down on your spine, and your spine naturally compresses.

When you wake up in the morning, after laying prone and not having all your weight on your spine all day, it is uncompressed and you seem taller.

So I guess the answer to your question is "Gravity."
