Tips for Sleeping?!


Question: So, my mom thinks its stress, but I think otherwise...I've been having the hardest time falling asleep! It either seems like I'm not tired or I can't get comfortable! Does anyone have any good tips for falling asleep faster?

do something athletic before you go to bed. you're at college so there must be some place where they have execise machines. do some running and that will make you tired so you can sleep. i have the same problem and had the same problem in college a couple of years ago. anything athletic you can do before you go to bed will help. good luck.
