Why cant i sleep?? Having this problem for a long time now, and today i picked u!

i have taken two so far.. and.... NOTHING!

The first thing you have to look at is the amount of caffeine that you have taken in today. If it is a large amount, then you need to decrease the amount. The second thing you should observe is your level of stress. Stress can cause insomina-inability to sleep.
You should not take any more benadryl. You should take it as it is prescribed on the box. Every 6 hours is recommended.
If it is not stress or high amounts of caffeine, you should see your doctor. Sometimes thyroid problems cause insomnia. There are other medical reasons as well. So, my advice is to see your Doctor!

Try melatonin. It is an OTC supplement. It helps me get to sleep.

You CAN take more, but it's a slippery slope. If the problem continues, and ya take more: you develop a resistance. Over time, takes more and more. I'd go to the doctor before the problem continues. Especially if it's purely psychological, early is good. The longer you let sleep problems like that persist, the more insidious they are to correct.

ie: People from Montana actually find counting sheep to be erotic. ..

don't take more than 75 milligrams in one go, there are side effects that can be dangerous.
