about your other query, how do i know about st james.... well, malta is a small place and the hospitals that there are in the whole island are known by virtually anyone. st james is renowed for cosmetic surgery... a few months back there used to be this program on tv about people who wanted to change their appearance, and the hospital sponsored this program. all the people who wanted to do cosmetic surgery were operated on in this hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I found the advert for cosmetic surgery in one of our national papers and thought it would be perfect for me if what they are saying is all true and from what you are saying sounds like it is. You are repeating exactly what they have told me. Now all I have to do is find the money to go and I will be able to sort my problem of some of the loss saggy skin I have been left with. think if my arms are done I will feel a lot better about myself
