My mother has an extra kidney and doctors told her that she was supposed to be a twin and the other twin did not fully develop and she got the extra organs that were meant fro that twin. She also has 2 uteruses and 2 sets of fallopian tubes as well. She gets alot of kidney stones is the only problem I have ever known her to have. Who know, maybe you have some extra of other organs too?

EDIT: Your mother might not have known you were to be a twin. If the other fetus did not fully develop then she would not have known. It is rare that people would know such a thing while pregnant.

perhaps you started out with a twin.

ur pretty cool. i wish i had an extra kidney.... except for the having to pee all the time part...

It means you can donate one and still have two left.

Seriously, I know someone who did that. He donated one to his father. There are no problems associated with it. Your problem sounds more like bladder spasms from the abuse of whatever they did in there and should subside in time.

The Human Body is a very complex thing. One in one thousand are born Duel Sexed and one in one million are born with all of their organs reversed (Bobby Darin had this)
