Whats it mean when...?!

Question: after getting a bath. your hands are all bubbled up. not just wrinkley but they have little bubles on them that go away after a while. it happens every time I get a bath.

it may be a severe skin condition. i heard of a little girl whose hands would blister up everytime they got wet. i would look into it if you are concerned about it.
