Why does my asthma start when I sneeze?!

Question: It could be that you sneeze because of an allergy and it also triggers the asthma, or, the act of sneezing can cause your airways to "spasm" which is what asthma does too.

I have asthma too. It's because you are allergy something maybe you can go to the doctor see what you are really allergy from.

i have the same problem, my doctor said that allergens in the air effect the asthma, so if you're sneezing, itchy or what ever, you may keep your inhaler handy.
