Ginger. I slice ginger root and boil it to death. I keep a jar of this in the fridge. When I need it I mix it with half water and heat it up to make a nice tea...add a bit of honey to taste. Also cola syrup works well.
Ice chips. I learned this one from my wife. Sucking on Ice chips can calm your nausea. Cola syrup and ice chips sometimes works as well. Cola syrup is commonly used to treat nausea and is non prescription at your pharmacist.

When I was pregnant I used to use peppermint either concentrated or the candy. Hope you get rid of that feeling it's horrible.
