Don't smoke, your plate of food should be colorful, you should eat fiber, wheat bread instead of white, get cardiovascular exercise 5 times a week (which will reduce stress and tension plus keep a healthy weight), drink water, and laugh! Most people who have an intimate relationship with God has a higher rate of happiness. God Bless!

You know my advice is fairly simple. Exercise moderately at least, don't drink too much, don't smoke at all, and maintain your stress level. I had a major surgery(gasterectomy, splenectomy, pancretectamy) and i dropped to a very unhealthy weight. Working out gave me back an appetite, and gave me the energy and perspective to work on my stress, and not get depressed. Ah well you get the picture.

I would exercise a lot do cardio work outs were you run.
Also eat more fiber and protein.
Stay away from caffiene!
Take vitamin C!
Eat lots of fruits!
Take a yoga class or look up some good yoga moves!
have more SEX!
drink milk once a day and eat 4 carrots!
thats should be the basics yes sex I was serious!!
