How to do i transform myself from a NERD to a JOCK?!


Question: Do you have any TIPS on having good Physique...
Ok my story is a hard one to understand. I have always been a skinny/weak feminish/shy guy. Nevr had a girlfriend because I have never had the confidence to approach them cause I am too skinny. But now I am 23 and wanna change my image to a guy with confidance and good physique. So can you give me some tips on:

1)What to eat?
OR
2)How to exersise (How many times a week or how long)?

3)Motivational songs when exerciseing?

4)When to exercise (before or after dinner)?

if you dont know ANYTHING about working out or getting big, i would suggest hiring a personal trainer for maybe a month or so... just until you know what you are doing and know how to do things yourself. my answers to your question would be this.
1- eat things with lots of protien. doesnt matter what, but protien helps build muscle and helps your muscles recover faster. things like chicken, steak, etc.
2- exercise 3 times per week... minimum. your body starts to lose what you gained from lifting after 48 hours so every other day you should at least be doing a little exercise.
3- for music, i usually listen to some hard rock. stuff like papa roach, disturbed, avenged sevenfold, godsmack, revelation theory is amazing, and system of a down. that may not be your stuff, but find something with a good beat or something that gets you pumped up.
4- eat a small snack before you work out, and exercise before dinner. always have something in your stomach and then eat your protein after you work out. for best results, eat something within 30 minutes after working out. i always bring a PB&J sandwich for after i work out. peanut butter has good protien and its quick after a workout.

Gain lots of muscle and lose lots of brain;)

Exercise every day! It doesn't have to be intense everyday but you should get your heart rate up at least 30 minutes a day. Don't overdo your focus on any one type of training and make some days easy and some days hard. You're on the right track by changing your mindset. Now you have to get out there and do it.

u dont build confidence, its already there u just need to let it loose. eat protein foods(chicken), i exercise 4 times a week, motivational songs(eye of the tiger, this calling) exercise first thing in the morning right after you wake up, exercise before eating. give it hell bud! cheers!

3) Some rock. (Lol. thats what i listen to)
4) After dinner (if your stomache can handle it)

I don't think you need to change who you are to attract girls. Its the confidence that "jocks" have that attract some girls to them. So just gain more confidence. I know what your thinking "thats easy for you to say" but I know where you are coming from. But really there are girls that like the brainy guys you just have to work on your confidence to find where they are!

Eat less chocolate, completely remove it from your house. Do 8 minuet abs once of twice a day. NEVER EAT AFTER 8 PM!!!! Eat salad with those wishbone spritzers, they only have like 1 calorie per spray. You could also become vegetarian and get a vegetarian cookbook. Some girls might be attracted to you cause you can cook. The only you will ever be confident in yourself is if you love yourself, so stand in front of a mirror, and tell yourself all the good things about you to yourself at least once a day.

Well I don't really think you should change yourself to impress anyone, I know plenty of girls who like "nerdy" guys (I'm one of them because I think it's attractive when men aren't afraid to be themselves and have a bit of a dorky side) but if it will give you more confidence in yourself all I can suggest is joining the gym. Eat things that give you high energy (vegetables, fruit, wheat, eggs, chicken, juice.) Excercise anywhere from 2-7 days a week depending on how much YOU can handle. If you have complications with that start off with 15 minutes twice a week and gradually progress because it is a long process to gain a good physique. Excercise to happy upbeat music and excercise after dinner in most cases. Hope I helped and good luck =)

Why do you want to become a jock? The nerds are the ones who rule the world. Do you think Bill Gates became rich and famous by being a jock? Do you think he married a hot wife because he was a jock? No! He's 100% nerd and he rules the world of software. Just be happy with yourself and show some confidence. Women would prefer a smart man with a witty sense of humor and a good provider than some beefcake that has nothing but testosterone between his ears. I'll take a nerd any day! I like to talk to a man about things other than how much he can bench press.

Have you contacted "Made" on MTV? That sort of thing is their bread and butter.

first of all don't stereotype yourself. that's gonna lead you to be not liked anyway. don't be a jock or a dork or nerd or whatever you call yourself. be yourself. if you want to get bigger, work out three times a week doing weight training and 2 days a week doing cardio. try not to work the same muscle groups every day basically. work all of them on different days. maybe even take some weigh gainer. or just join a health club and get a personal trainer. they will help you pretty much in any aspect of your life. they can help you be more confident and help you look physically better.
