Hi,
how old are you?
how old is he?
do you have a legal lease?
more info, please

Well,
let's say it didn't work out, are you prepared to have a potentially hostile landlord? and do you have any rights in this situation-a lease?
assuming you live in a part of his house, do you see each other a lot and could it be uncomfortable for the remainder of your lease?
it could work out great and all is well...
but YOU posted the question, perhaps you have some doubts.
how much do you like him?
is this something he has expressed an interest in?
would he reduce your rent if you did things for him? is he using you and favors for leverage?
doll, it's really up to your best judgment, do you think he is the kind of guy that if things didn't work out that there would be no dire consequences for you?
he has the keys to your apartment and thus access to everything in it.
everyone SEEMS nice, it's always after the fact that we found out we're wrong....
think about it, weigh the pro's and con's, use your imagination when it comes to the cons, cuz you really could get screwed.
maybe just take more time to get to know him, and screen him as you would any man in control of your home and everything you have spent your life collecting that symbolizes your time on earth
all i can suggest is take care, and THINK
hope it all works out for you!!
Be happy and wise

go for it

go 4 him

is he married? if he isn't, then what's wrong with it? he's just another person. yes, he does own the house you live in but other than that, he's just a guy you happen to like. there's nothing weird about it. i don't see how bad consequences can be led to.

For get it.
