Your behaviors would have to be more extreme to qualify as obsessive-compulsive. If you had no way to remove lint from your clothes, would this leave you feeling incredibly anxious, on the verge of a panic attack? Do you have to do it a certain number of times or at a certain time of day? Do you have any other rituals or "obsessions"? Does it interfere with work, your social life, academics, etc.? Do you spend more than one hour a day rolling lint or thinking about it? A diagnosis for OCD requires at least one hour a day of performing compulsions. All of these questions are important to ask.
