Vitamin B for Energy?!
Question: My doctor recommend that my husband and I take Vitamin B because we are so tired all the time (we are only in our 30s). But when I went to Wal-Mart there were all different formulations with Vitamin B in them. Can anyone reccomend which vitamin B to take for energy? Thanks in advance!

Vitamin B12 or a B complex will help.
You can also get a women's or men's energy multivitamin. They contain extra B vitamins for energy. They are probably better than a B complex or vitamin B12.

go to Wally world and get Ener-C I think it is spelled, get 40 envelopes for 8 bucks I think , you mix it in a water bottle, has all the B you will need,,,
