What can I eat whenI am sick?!


Question: I'm sick (and hungry.) I have a sore throat. What kind of food is okay for me to eat/drink, that won't irritate my throat?

Chicken soup, it really works, whoever researches these things found there is a component in chicken soup that , enables the healing process faster, and it's soothing to your throat and taste good.

I think something spicy might help for a sore throat, works for me. Also, take some medicine and plenty of rest! Hope you feel better soon InshaAllah.

lotz of soup. hope u get better

tea with honey & lemon
chicken or beef bullion ( broth )
maybe mashed potatoes, oatmeal, soft foods
and jell-O

gargle with warm salt water, too

get well

Eat Oranges. Your body needs the Vitamin C, and the citris is good on your throat.

soups, oatmeal, anything warm. drink lots of warm with lemon and honey.

BRAT, actually used for stomach bugs but it might help you Silly. It is bananas, rice, applesauce & tea, see brat.

I usually stick to soups applesauce mostly things that are soft

soup and drink a lot of water and squeeze a lime and drink it for your throat, sour i know but it will help get rid of your problem.
