In some states you sign permission and it is noted on your driver's license....otherwise you sign a legal form giving those instructions...then you make sure your doctor, your hospital and your family all know your wishes. God bless you! KJL
they ask if you want to be an organ donor when you get your id card/ driver's license, and it's put on the card. the only things that would stop you are diseases(but they could still use the unaffected organs) and being alive.

There are many things to consider before deciding to be an organ donor. What motivated you to be an organ donor? If it is just for money, think a hundred times first. There would be possibilities that the act will be a menace to your health and/or to your life.
Nonetheless, if your intention is to save your friend's life, it would be a 70-30 percent of balancing. 70 percent that the outcome would be good and 30 percent for the etcetera.

its a good thing to do because it can save lots of lives, for one thing you dont need them when you are gone.
