Can constipation cause brain fogggyness?!
Question: Like tiredness and brain foggyness? I find that when I overeat on pizza, I get tired and a foggy mind. I think its also due to lack of excersising. Im 16, 5'10 and weight 250+ pounds.
I find that after I take milk of magnesia, and go poo, that it clears up lol.
I dont go to school for personal reasons I wont explain on here, but I find that when I walked up and down stairs and walking from one side of the building and going up 3 flights of steps that I could poo. I would go every morning. But now All I do is sit around my house isolated. I also drink plenty of water, but the 2 months ive been staying home, I gave up and started pigging out again. But the past week ive been drinking water.
