Dizzy w/ stomach pain?!
Question: starting last night for about an hour, i had intense cramping and gas pain in my lower pelvis and abdomen.. it went away on its own and ended up going to the bathroom shortly after...well, it came back today, and its a sharp-ish pain that sometimes i feel in my lower back when i inhale.. and i also feel a little lightheaded..any advice? should i go to the ER?
also- today i had a tetanus shot and eat a turkey sub for lunch..

Funny Alex I had the same problem last night and blacked out in my car for about a half an hour infront of target. My brother drove by after I called him and we headed to the emergency room. Its a stomach virus thats going around. Im 24 years old too and Im a healthy person who regularly works out so this came out of nowhere. And what got me sick yesterday was a turkey sub from subway.
You may have a bladder infection. Does it burn when you urinate?
We'll seeing that u went to the rr last nyte and that it did releive ur pain for a short tyme, then I assume that it can't be that serious considering that ur eating. But if u can't keep anything down then I wooould consider thinking about going to the er.
