Chances are you are not getting enough fiber in your diet (in addition to other poor dietary habits). Most people in the United States average only 10-15 grams of dietary fiber a day while it is recommended that we should be eating at least 30 grams daily. Try increasing the amount of Fiber in your diet. Fiber has many health benefits. In the bowel, it will help add bulk and help in retaining, resulting in a larger stool.

Below are some good sources of fiber:

Fiber Supplements like Metamucil

Beans - including pinto, navy, lima, kidney, and baked beans. Beans are especially high in soluble fiber, the cholesterol-lowering type.

Whole Grains - Wheat bran and Oat bran can be found in a variety of cereals and breads. Check the label. It must say whole wheat or whole grain. Plain wheat bread has little fiber. wholesome.

Whole Fresh Fruits - these contain pectin which is another soluble fiber. Figs, prunes, and raspberries have the highest fiber content. The old saying, eat an Apple a Day helps in many ways, fiber being one of them.

Applesauce - cooking does not destroy the fiber.

Green Leafy Vegetables - Spinach, kale, and broccoli are suggested. Lettuce is mostly water, so it's not a great source of fiber.

Root Vegetables - potatoes, turnips, and carrots are best.

might be from drinking dude.

Maybe you drink coffee in the morning? It's a laxative.

You're probably not eating right. Contact a doctor.

If you drink a lot of coffee or eat high greaseed food that will do it every time too

Dont drink so much, and eat more foo, you'll be fine. I know a recovering alcoholic.

Increase your fiber intake.

it might be something your eating. try another diet. stop eating so much mini wheats and stuff with so much fiber

Do you smoke pot? That can cause it.

You could have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or else a lactose intolerance, if you eat a lot of dairy.

Do you drink soda or coffee? That could be your culprit.

It may still be the alcohol, and your body Is just getting the toxins out of your system.

Do you drink a lot of juice? This can also cause loose BMs.

I don't think it's normal. Have you been eating/drinking any dairy products? If so, you may be lactose intolerant.

you're probably going to die within the next 50 years.

This might be because you need to eat differently or something...

IT COULD BE WHAT YOUR EATING, YOU KNOW like greasy heavy foods....I would try change your eating habits just to see if it is that.....if that doesn't work maybe you have something like CROHNS DISEASE, OR COLITIS....go get checked at your doctors office

what are you eating the night before....you are right drinking alot the night before can cause diaherria....but if it's nothing special then just take some tums...if it still continues then maybe it's time to visit the doc.

could be the alcohol it mite need time to get out ur system or it could be due to bad diet?

it depends on your diet...what you eat the night before.

You may have a form of IBS (irritable bowell syndrome)...there are supplements you can take to help if it becomes a problem for you, but all in all...it's pretty normal.

eat more fiber, like green leafy vegitables.

What did you eat the night before? That morning? Check out the Fit For Life diet (the book has the same name) and it will go further into details about this.

hmm... maybe it's something that your eating before going to bed? Or maybe you're body's out of wack... like your not taking the right vitamins or something.

I say, if it's really bothering you (which it seems like it is, or you wouldn't be asking here) to go see a doctor.

Good Luck! Jen

This is not normal at all.

You might have some kind of stomach virus or warms etc...

I'd quickly run to see a doctor if this was happening to me. Alcohol may not have anything to do with this.

Lay of the beans try a wet Toilet Treat to whip Ewe.....

Gross dude, gross, See your doctor!

Some medication for high blood pressure can cause this......but please do check with your doctor.

best of luck to you!
