What do you do daily to keep yourself feeling healthy?!

Have breakfast, eat alot of fruit, drink alot of water (or in my case quite a bit of tea), walk, check out some sunshine, go number 2, read the paper a little or something, have a shower and get dressed even if i got no plans...

The main things is eating a good diet with some exercise.

Eat well, cycle and skip (the last two for cardiovascular reasons).

eat right, exercise, drink LOTS of water, NO soda, cut back on sugars and carbs

All those answers are good, but it's also vital to understand what it is that makes so many people unhealthy these days which is the modern fast food/junk food diet that is almost unavoidable--particularly, the effect it has on the body and more importantly understanding how the body works in the first place.

Nutrients are broken in the intestines into a form which can be absorbed through the intestinal walls into the blood stream where it is distributed, along with oxygen from the lungs, to the organs and systems of the body. Toxins and wastes are expelled.

The problem is that in this modern age we have overwhelmed the body to the point where it can not deal with all the toxins. (there are over 8000 chemical food additives for example). So, in defense, it coats the walls of the intestines to prevent toxins from entering. further, unable to break down all this material, it starts accumulating on the intestinal walls, further preventing the absorption of nutrients. Then it starts to putrify (rot) which creates even more toxins. It's a dwindling spiral of health. Now the body's own immune system starts falling apart along with other vital organs that have also been overwhelmed (e.g. liver).

And all that predisposes you to getting sick, feeling tired and generally not feeling well.

Now we eat but still feel hungry (nutrients not absorbed) and so we eat more. All the unburned sugars from the starches then get stored as fat. And we become obese and start getting lazy and don't exercise.

I don't think I have to paint further pictures.

The solution to all this is 1) do an effective cleanse/detox, 2) start eating a more balanced diet including fruits and vegetables which the body needs for fiber incidentally (all these stupid modern ads like "take Metimucil for fiber", "take this drug for "acid reflux disease", are RIDICULOUS. They are capitalizing on IGNORANCE and never address the actual PROBLEM. So they make a lot of money--but where do you see any RESULT?

Your body, for the most part, won't have all these problems if you nourish it correctly, and take measure to clean it out if you have abused it. If you do, it will go back to what it naturally does which is heal itself.
