Internal changes do reflect on you as well as on those around those with whom you enjoy laughter.

The bubbling laugh is a good dose of health-medicine. It not only responds as above, but also betters air-Oxygen intake by inflating chest, better life feeling and a promotes body excersise contributing better life and living. Spontaneous wits can induce healthy laughing. The smile is a mild excercise to the body facials, but is quite pleasing the mind. The second the 'Laughter' inflates chest, gives pleasing facials renders better quicker oxygenation of body muscles, lungs and accelerates enjoying the life. Muscles get better oxygeation promote better health and have the same effect of inner aspects of pleasing mind and influencing healthy body language on persons surrounding the person enjoying laughter.

BUT To "Laugh AT" is a disease of mind and often hurts others disturbs body language of the person laughed at and is a victim sacrificed others laughing at. The pleasure for the one who laughs at others is temporary.This form would also affect the one who laughs at as well as the perso who is being laughed at, hence should be avoided.

Then the laughing clubs. It is a program of synthesizing laughers for diverting persons from their dull routine, give tones to the body and heart of the participants of the club members. Good for those need diversion from boredome of life and improve body health which leads to improve the health of the mind. I start laughing when some one narrates about these clubs. Neverteeless they do a good substitute job in the absence of a genuine laughter.
