What is sore area side of 1 n half inches away from mouth below nose?!

Question: i think it is going to be some kind of spot but i dont know wot. It's stinging can feel it.
Its just weird tht i dont really get spots and when i do they hurt.
What kind of spot is it!? i havent got one on my lip before.

it may be some lipom some gracy under your skin if it go bigger go to your doctor.
