Is it possible to not have the sense of touch?!

yes, it is possible to lose your sense of touch. Throughout our whole body, we have nerves. If these nerves get damaged we lose sensation. For example, if i get a third degree burn on my finger, i will not have a sensation of touch, most likely, in that finger for a very long time. It all has to deal with nerves pretty much. There are people who have a disease more or less who dont feel anything at all. They pretty much can not feel pain.

That's essentially paralysis, isn't it? Sure, they can't control certain parts of their body, but loss of feeling goes hand-in-hand.

Yes. Lesions in brain and specially peripheral nerves (like in diabetic neuropathy) can lose tactile; pain, and orientation with the loss.
There's a joint illness called "Charcot's joint or syndrome" where you have lost senses in extremity and you actually "destroy "the joint as you can't feel or adjust position.
