Does anyone know if Omega-3 fish oil soft gels actually help increase focus and !

Question: Omega 3's are EFA's (essential fatty acids~ also in tuna, flaxseed, some nuts, sunflower and extra virgin olive oil and supplements like BCAA's and CLA's) and they are essential for brain FUNCTION as well as aiding in digestion and proper absorbtion of nutrients in the body (in the right combo for fats, carbs and proteins). As for an improvement in focus/concentration, there are other supplements like ginko and ginsing that help with focus. There are also some amino acids that target clarity and focus. Amino Acids is what you need for mental clarity, energy, sleeping at night well. Fish Oil is for the skin. I consume a product everyday that has all the essential things you need in your body from amino acids to the Omegas

Try Ginko Biloba. These don't specifically help focus or concentration however will help in blood flow that has an affect on those things.
