Have you even taken a shower in a public locker room?!

Question: Have you ever taken a shower in a public locker room, where the showers are all open (like a big room with just shower heads comming out of the walls)?
what was it like taking one where everyone can see you and watch you shower and then dress?

Yeah, I have. Sure, at first you seem embarrass and a bit shy about it but if you just go in there and do your stuff and don't worry about what others are thinking, you'll be fine.
Its human nature to feel embarrass about our bodies especially if some of us don't have a nice body. Get over it, not every one has that perfect body.
If you need a confidence boost, at home stand naked in front of your mirror stare at your body for a minute and move on.
We can't be all that different, I mean, you're either a male or female, we either have more or less in different places, that's all.

nope...

I havent personally, but I've been in the locker room where other girls were showering. It's kinda unsanitary...you never know what people have. (lice, bacteria)

No, I never went to public school, a public pool, or played any sports in my life. WTF!

nuh uh,
i've been in a shower locker room where theres separete showers, but the old ladies are naked where everybody can see them when they get dressed. pretty nasty.

Many times i have. When I went into the army almost all quanza huts and even the newer buildings had open showers and large open living quarters. Until one aquired some rank they did not qualify for a more personal area. I don't think anyone ever give it any thought. That,s all there was. I lived in the barracks for 4 years so it was just normal. Since then I have stayed at RV parks that offered that same type of setting and once again it never bothered me a bit. And as far as sanatation goes, everyone wore flip flops and of course in the service cleaning of the latrines was required on a daily basis. I,m pretty sure that a lot of those older barracks are still in use today and I havn't been to Iraq but I would asume that our troops are utilizing that type od set up on a daily basis. I personally would rather bath in a multi shower room then go dirty.

Yes
It doesn't bother me one bit. They can look if they want - who cares?
