What can I do to keep myself from feeling tired all the time.?!


Question: I do work and I am a mom but I only work part-time and I have some help with my kid so I know its not from that. But I feel like I have no energy whats so ever. Im so tired all the time and I cant stay focused on studing because of that. I start to get sleepy. What can I do to give myself more energy and stay focused

I personally know that your diet can affect how you feel. Generally, if you eat more nutrient dense foods then you won't feel tired all the time. I'd try some foods like nuts and dried fruit to help with that.
And i also know that if you exercise often then you should have more energy. I recommend a rebounder because its cheap and very effective, and it also has many other benefits.

Get a check-up. I felt like this and found out I had Diabetes. Try B12's also. I honestly think you need to get a check-up.

The best thing to do is eat right and find time to exercise, these are crucial things for keeping energy levels up. Or you could just invest in some energy drinks?
